While it’s been public for a while, I’m happy to formally introduce Doug Moore as the new President of FRWD. Check that, he is FRWD’s first President. His role is quite literally, run the agency, and our teams couldn’t be happier.
Doug has been supporting our teams through leadership of our Momentum team for the past 9 months and the decision to elevate Doug to President is one of the simplest decisions I’ve ever made as CEO of FRWD. We couldn’t have found a more generous, thoughtful and experienced person to add to our teams.
As Doug would say it, he has come back to his agency roots.
To FRWD teams, Doug brings significant Management, Brand and CPG-specific marketing experience, having spent the previous 12 years as VP, Advertising & Media at General Mills. Prior to General Mills he spent 15 years in account management roles at DFS, BBDO and ultimately EVP, Group Account Director at Saatchi&Saatchi’s New York office.
To FRWD’s clients, Doug brings great perspective on brand and business growth having done so with some of the most iconic US brands. Having built General Mills into an industry leader in owned media and digital innovation, he gets the current challenges around balancing proven scale volume drivers while seizing new opportunities, building modern capabilities and internal vs. external resource decision-making. Beyond his deep CPG chops, Doug has generated strong business growth in large categories including Healthcare, Financial Services, and Quick Service Restaurants.
