Overview

Our “Small Moves Every Day” mantra translated to planning a range of test & learn tactics with a laser focus on generating and converting leads into students and donors. We created a Measurement Plan, educated the client on different digital techniques, tactics and KPI’s, built a customer journey map and went after it with a small, passionate and super collaborative MacPhail team. Throughout testing, we recognized an opportunity to help the client understand the path of these leads, the considerations they take at each step, and uncover opportunities to improve the process and communication to deliver better efficiency from their marketing dollars.
