We started where we always start, with the WHO – identifying the audience who will most value the brand, in this case the college. We discovered deep passion points around the environment and sustainability, which is a towering strength of Northland’s curriculum and the location itself. We’ve applied proven lead generation tactics and collaborated with a very talented internal Northland team around the total marketing mix, content and a new website. Continuous test & learn has refined the approach over two recruitment cycles. Last year was a record enrollment year for Northland, and the current year is off to an even stronger start than last year.
